Returns

We do not accept returns on items. However, if there is something wrong with your order you can contact us mainstreetcraftingco@yahoo.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
There will be no exchanges on items. All items are considered final sale.

Lost/Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact your post office with your tracking number if this happens. They will help you file a claim.
